At SOMO, we’re committed to providing premium sleep products. In the unlikely event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, we offer a 6-month warranty from the purchase date. Just reach out to us at info@somosleepfitness.com, explain the problem, and if possible, share a photo which clearly depicts the issue. Once our quality assurance team confirms the defect, we’ll either issue you a refund or replace the mask, free of charge. Just let us know your preference.
Please be advised that we currently do not cover shipping, duty, or VAT for international warranty replacements. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for the costs of shipping and applicable taxes.
Please note that this warranty does not include any condition resulting from any use for which the product was not intended, or normal wear and tear. Minor damage to packaging is not considered defective and will not be covered under this warranty.
