Refund Policy

Rest easy! If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your SOMO Sleep Fitness mask, within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. Please note that this refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through this website.

To request a refund, kindly send us an email at info@somosleepfitness.com and let us know the reason for your request; refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your request, and will be credited to the original form of payment.

Refund requests on masks purchased from third-party sellers should be addressed to the seller and will be subject to their policies.

We currently do not offer refunds on shipping, duties, and VAT for international orders. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for these costs.
